WILSON JONES AKA STAVIN´CHAIN OR STAVIN´CHAIN AKA WILSON JONES
WHATS TRUE ? Logical Wilson Jones aka STAVIN´CHAIN or not ? ... That´s the question
Wilson Jones, a boogie woogie and blues musician from Louisianna was active throughout the first few decades of the Twentieth century and was subsequently immortalized in such songs as: "The Stavin' Chain Blues"(Big Joe Williams) and "Winnin'Boy Blues" (Jelly Roll Morton and others). The name could be a mistype from "Starving Chain".
