"Electric Blues", Kai Strauss' solo debut album represents a no nonsense collection of classic blues tunes and originals played by an international all star line up having a great time at what they're doing best. Strauss is a well known name among European blues lovers and paid his dues recording and touring internationally with "Memo Gonzalez & The Bluescasters" for more than 15 years.
Countless gigs from small clubs to big festivals helped him to shape his authentic and intense guitar playing deeply rooted in the classic styles of the 1950ies and '60ies.

Mit „Electric Blues" veröffentlicht Kai Strauss sein lange überfälliges Solo-Album. Die 14 Titel der CD entstanden im Zeitraum von 2003 bis 2013 und zeigen den europaweit bekannten Blues-Gitarristen, neben namhaften internationalen Gästen, auch als überzeugenden Frontmann am Mikrofon.
Strauss tourte über 15 Jahre lang mit Memo Gonzalez & The Bluescasters durch ganz Europa und erarbeitete sich mit seinem authentischen und intensiven Spiel einen festen Platz in den Herzen der Bluesgemeinde.
