Presentamos al dúo que va a representar a Alemania en el 8th EUROPEAN BLUES CHALLENGE 

En 2015, Greyhound George y Waschbrett Wolf fundaron el dúo

"Greyhound's Washboard Band" -

el dúo de blues con el sonido de una banda de Washboard original 

El sonido original de la máquina rítmica hecha a sí mismo y el sonido típico de la guitarra de resonador de acero, tocada con la técnica slide y fingerpicking , de repente representa para el oyente como si  en la terraza de una casa en las marismas de Louisiana estuviera . El dúo interpreta blues terroso y acústico, desde Chicago hasta Nueva Orleans, sazonado con ragtime, swing, skiffle y country y sus propias composiciones. Experimenta una experiencia escénica tipo Washboard muy especial, adaptado a su forma de tocar y de entender el Blues

the blues duo with the sound of an original washboard band.

 

The original sound of the self-made rhythm machine and the typical sound of the steel resonator guitar, played with slide and fingerpicking technique, suddenly put the listener on the veranda of a house in the marshes of Louisiana. The duo interprets earthy, acoustic blues, from Chicago to New Orleans, seasoned with ragtime, swing, skiffle and country and their own compositions. Experience a hand-washed stage experience of a special kind.
