KILBORN ALLEY BLUES BAND * TAKIN' TIME *
Takin' Time consists of eleven cuts: five songs we like to think of as front-porch sized R&B, five songs people would probably say are contemporary blues, and a skit. We are pleased to share our progress in trying to crack the nut of American music. Takin' Time is dancing music, and sing along tunes, with memorable lyrics. Here you are going to meet Ol' Pops, visit the County Line Motel, travel with us from London to Rhode Island to Mississippi to back home in Illinois, peer with us out of the damn lonely window, and find out how to handle your friend who is a gobble a goo. We are pretty sure this album is fun, and like the name of our record company says - ”Run It Back Records” - you are going to play it again and again.
