LITTLE BOBBY * THAT KILLER B STING *

Track one, “Keep It Real” is a raw, catchy number Little Bobby wrote while sitting around with some family members a few years ago. The next track, “Heaven’s Cottonfield” is a deep meaningful melody that pays homage to some of the greats that are no longer with us such as Etta James, BB King and Coco Taylor to name a few. Next up is the title track “That Killer B Sting” which will have you jumping out of your seat as you catch that blues groove. “How Long” is up next with crooning vocals and soul-stirring guitar. The next song, “Mississippi Kind” will take you on a blues journey south, all the way to Clarksdale where Bobby gives a shout-out to blues heroes here and gone. “Bad Girl” is a song Bobby jokingly refers to as the song he wrote “trying to impress a girl” but this one will surely impress them all. “Mercy” will have you begging for more with its gospel inspired blues style and the vocal mastery of Sarah Munson. Last but certainly not least is “Weed Blues” where he, along with a bit of harp from Mike Brouse wraps this album up in a big bluesy bow. #1 Album in MN May 22nd, 2023.

Born in Red Lake and raised in Thief River Falls, MN,  blues musician and multi-instrumentalist Little Bobby hit the charts in Dec. 2022 with his album "God Made Me Blue."  He is a third-generation Native American musician who has followed in his father's and grandfather's musical footsteps. He started out as a kid playing a drum set he got from an aunt and uncle. Then, his passion changed to the guitar when he heard  the stylings of Jimmy Page and Jimi Hendrix. Little Bobby put out his first album in 2005 and has continued producing and writing albums ever since. His last two albums, "God Made Me Blue" and "That Killer B Sting" have been #1 and #2 albums in Minnesota (RMR, January-May 2023).
