New Album “Sustained Winds” available 21 June

Greg Izor’s new album, Sustained Winds, will be released 21 June. Featuring Cesar Crespo, Javi Suarez, Christian Morana, Luis Maldonado, Pascu Monje and Paul San Martin, it is a collection of Gulf Coast Blues and R&B, showcasing Izor’s personal songwriting style. Harmonica-driven blues songs “Once Was Enough,” and “Here On Ice,” are contrasted with open hearted ballads “Lies of Omission” and “Please Understand.” And Izor’s time living in New Orleans is clearly apparent with songs like “Go Ahead On,” and “All The Same.” There’s also plenty of deep Southern blues with “Ines,” “I Never Gamble,” and “Untrue.” A trip back to the music of Texas and Louisiana, “Sustained Winds” will be available in hard copy and on all streaming platforms.
