AISHA KHAN & THE RAJAHS AT JAMBOREE JAZZ CLUB - BARCELONA -

 Os ofrecemos unas fotillas y unos videos de la actuación de AISHA KHAN & THE RAJAHS esta tarde en su primera sesión que ha tenido lugar en el JAMBOREE JAZZ CLUB de nuestra ciudad. 

Explosión de R&B a cargo de la impresionante voz de Aisha Khan y los músicos que le han acompañado , un soberbio Mario Cobo , al que hemos visto después de algún tiempo sin actuar por estos lares , unos solos impresionantes y un ritmo igualmente magistral que marca , sin duda el hacer del combo, secundado por el saxo de Lee Badau , que nos obsequió con grandes solos, el batería Danny Howard y el contrabajo de Kev Magee , todos ellos excelentes músicos que atesoran un background muy digno de tener en cuenta.  El repertorio ha estado basado en clásicos del género , añadiendo la gentileza  por parte de Aisha que nos ha obsequiado con una versión estratosférica de Besame Mucho ...Genial ! . Otra gran noche de música en directo la que nos ha ofrecido el Jamboree dentro de su ciclo RHYTHM & JAMBOREE , de la cual nos hacemos eco para compartir con todos los aficionados estos grandes momentos que seguramente serán ignorados por los medios generales y los musicales de nuestra ciudad que , one more time nos dejan sin la más minima referencia de la música en directo que se ofrece en los locales de Barcelona .

Aisha Khan & the Rajahs, the London-based ensemble known for their soulful renditions of 1940’s and 50’s Blues and Rhythm & Blues, have recently released a vinyl record that is a testament to their musical journey.
