About Robin Ross
Robin Ross is a seasoned musician, songwriter, and producer known for diverse talents across various musical endeavors. With over three decades of experience in the industry, Robin began their musical journey in New Jersey and New York in 1988 and has since been established as a prolific artist.
Hailing from Milford, Pennsylvania, Robin holds an audio engineering degree and has played a pivotal role in the creation of several recording studios, including Triple R Studios and Sound Complex near New York City. In the early 90s, Robin co-founded the band Laughing Jack, later rebranded as Jack’s Maze, which gained acclaim for their progressive rock sound reminiscent of iconic bands like Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin.
In 2021, Robin rekindled their passion for music and embarked on new projects, including the formation of Robin Ross & The Melodynes, a collaboration with esteemed musicians like Wharton Tiers, Joe Torres and Joellen (JoJo) Gaetani. Their upcoming album promises a blend of retro vibes with modern sensibilities, drawing inspiration from the classic rock era fused with contemporary influences.
Throughout Robin’s career, Robin has remained dedicated to the art of music production and performance, finding joy in the creative process and the connection it fosters with audiences. With an eclectic musical style that transcends genres, Robin Ross continues to captivate listeners with soulful storytelling and infectious melodies, embodying the timeless spirit of rock and roll.
